Rules & Regulations of Our Beloved Order
  1. The first rule of P.B. is you do not talk about P.B.
     
  2. The second rule of P.B. is you do not talk about P.B.
     
  3. Our illustrious Leader shall hereinafter and forever be known as the Tyrannus, and shall be so addressed in all meetings. All must swear an Oath of Allegiance In Levity to the Tyrannus, where upon command, both shall embark on mischief immediately.
     
  4. The second in command shall be addressed as Tyrantico, being the diminutive bastardization as derived from Spanish.
     
  5. All members shall swear to hold their membership in the Loyal & Secret Order of P.B a closely guarded secret from the world at large. Family members may be informed of membership but cannot be initiated into our closely guarded Secrets unless they join our ranks and achieve the necessary levels. Which are secret too.
     
  6. From time to time, as deemed by a Member or when ordered by the Tyrannus, it is the duty of all Members to enact practical jokes or mischief of any socially permissible sort at any event deemed plagued by overt seriousness.
