Statement of Mission

Be it resolved that the World has grown obsessed with seriousness and that members of
the Loyal & Secret Order of P.B., having undertaken the most terrible oaths,
have resolved to impose a significant and well needed dose of levity
into the world, with or without the knowledge of those in receipt of said levity.
